"Michelle is a great real estate agent. She's sold a house that I owned in Whatcom County, and has done an astounding job. I had hired another agent, and had gotten little interest in the prior 5.5 months that I'd had my home on the market, but Michelle did an excellent job and had my house sold in about 10 days. She was familiar with the area and knew of contractors that serviced the area, she listed my house in multiple advertising formats, and she got outstanding pictures. If I need a real estate agent in Whatcom county, I'd hire her again."

"My wife and I have worked with several real estate agents over the past 30 years and Michelle is among the very best! We had to sell a house and property that belonged to my parents once my father passed. I had never lived in the house which added a level of complexity to the transaction. Michelle provided great guidance and showed excellent intuition throughout a process that went extremely fast. The house had been undergoing slow repair but was not in a finished state when we put it up for sale. Michelle advised us how to prepare the house so it would show well while being honest and open about the state of the property. Within three days of the posting going live we had four offers.
